这家酒店是我住过的所有酒店里服务最好的。很贴心的服务。从停车场的老师傅到大厅服务人员，每句话，每次到位的服务都让人觉得暖暖的。房间虽然不大，但非常干净有序。所有用品都是环保型的，质量也很好。早餐非常非常棒！

一定要提酒店服务员的热情态度，帮忙看车位，拉行李，去卫生间都带路到门口??前台几个服务员超级有耐心，行李一路送到房门口。进门发现空调已经给开开了，通了风，床单也很干净，晚上有送的银耳羹，知道有小朋友后又多送了两份儿。酒店餐厅吃的晚饭，不错，粥是大碗的，点些菜和小吃就吃的饱饱的。前台可以订康熙大典的票，便宜30块钱，不过到了避暑山庄里面有导游说可以200买到，不知道是不是真的。酒店装修还是很高大上的，只是临走发现卫生间墙边有些烟灰，稍微影响情绪??总体很好，下次再光顾

整体服务特别好，刚入住就送了两碗银耳羹，三楼中餐厅的饭也很美味！床很舒服，早餐也可以，整体感受对得起这个价钱！

有免费停车场，房间的视线很好，干净卫生，服务人员热情周到，早餐自助花样也挺多的，还送了孩子早餐券，很满意，下次还到这儿

承德酒店这个季节整体价格偏高，但是我挑选这个酒店后发现性价比极高，首先是酒店环境很高档，而且是新装修的，卫生环境非常好。其次是酒店员工服务非常棒，从办入住开始就有工作人员员引导进入房间，服务态度超级棒。然后就是酒店地理位置很好，就在整个城市的中心位置，非常方便，早餐也可以，所以强烈推荐。
