办理入住的小姐姐Daisy Yu态度非常热情，语气温和有礼，之前打电话要求阳光房也记住并且主动免费升级二楼房间，对于携程预订的相关附带活动也有主动介绍安排，带到房间的过程也会主动介绍酒店设施设备，会推荐打卡点，好评，退房的时候也是很热情

【文化探索】文化传承-手工课程:胸针很好看，员工也会主动介绍教助
值得一夸的是酒店的员工都会主动打招呼，整个过程非常愉快，表扬所有员工哦～

酒店占地面积挺大的，环境很舒适，有滑梯攀爬架之类的小童区和萌宠区，有大草坪和宠物活动的空间，很适合亲子居住；
房间乾净衞生、空间布局合理，房间管家Tina服务态度很好，有任何问题发微信都会及时回覆处理；
酒店餐食内容丰富，味道不错，服务态度也好，就是定价确实有点贵；
带孩子住的话，还可以参加一些酒店的活动，石磨豆浆、趣味手工、泵道自行车体验等等

工作人员Tina非常贴心，见我们带了小月龄宝宝特意为我们调整了两个相邻的房间，并且由于小宝宝有午休习惯，还为我们延迟了退房让小宝宝也得到了很好的休息，服务细节真的很用心.亲子活动也很多，即使小月龄也有不错的参与体验，非常愉快的入住体验，谢谢服务人员，还会再来.

已经是第二次来温江悦椿了，感觉这里比两年前刚开业的时候有更多可玩性了。帮我们办理入住的Sunny小姐姐，会每天提醒我次日有什么新的疗愈项目可以体验，超级贴心。带老直男体验了一次颂钵疗愈，老直男课程结束后，连连夸拉伸的舒服，还好好的睡了一觉。园区里麪儿童的无动力设施，还有宠物友好装置，还可以体验现磨豆浆、非遗制作，太适合全家来度假了，直接泡在酒店里都不用出去。而且他们管狗狗叫“小朋友”哎，下次一定要带2只狗狗来过年～～

专门来跨年，酒店有一些活动，比如手工、篝火，小童游乐区也比较吸引人。自助晚餐和早餐中规中矩。
入住期间有一些不愉快的经历，但是前厅徐经理在晚上9点多亲自过来处理，态度积极诚恳，也説明酒店对于客户的诉求有高效的响应机制，这个要点赞。
手工处的老师温柔可爱，对小朋友非常有耐心，也要表扬。

房间大小合适
就是总有一种不太乾净的感觉。酒店的自然环境很好，很多好玩的。周边没有吃的，自己配套的餐饮也不咋样，确实是有点糟糕。

Will be great if there is a bidet, and hooks to hand towels in the bathroom.
Otherwise the duplex is great for families or close friends getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Looks great from the outside but far better on the inside. Great amenities, peacocks and swimming pool. Fantastic breakfast choice and good quality food. The courtyard area is great for relaxing and room really spacious and comfortable. Directly across the road is the Chen Ancestral Home and it's a short walk to the riverside. Endless cycling routes in the countryside.
