服务极差，十二点到大堂办入住，告知房间未打扫好，让下午二点去办，到三点半去时仍未好，换了间房经反复催，只到下午四点才进房，房间的窗户外是无空间，对着大厅的玻璃顶棚房。第二一早四点半去大堂退房时，无人接待，问了礼宾台告知，要去贵宾楼大堂才能退房，这些哪里是五星的水准。
