服务烂。电视30多个频道 一半都是重复的。谁让工程师修，半天也修不好。最后直接说房间网络没装好，修不好了👎。打电话要纸抽 拖鞋 电话打了3遍才要到。空调不好用，房间比室外温度还要高。要个空调扇 要了一下午也没有。半夜热的实在睡不着 去前台 搞半天要到一个电风扇。。真的无力吐槽了

这间酒店让我再次刷新了所谓五星级的下限！真的不是重新装修一下看上去好像还可以就是“五星级”“豪华”了！一个酒店更重要的，是它的软件，酒店人的综合素质和本心！这里员工的综合素质甚至比不上连锁商务酒店。
