1.大堂服务人员该培训下了，到店门口三个人在哪聊天，问下停车场在哪半天都不理，坐电梯遇见客人服务员直接挤进来，不让乘客先进。
2.从大堂到房间电梯居然不能直达楼层！住的16楼，还要先到5楼走一条长廊，走了5分钟！才换乘另一个电梯到。
3.一个星级大酒店！居然停车要收费！
开始订的单间，酒店都确认了，后面又说没单间了，只有套房，艺龙帮忙垫付了差价，但是酒店也是没诚信。最差的一次住店经历！
