垃圾酒店，有事到不了成都，刚刚下单，联系酒店不给退，联系艺龙也不给退，双方互相推，呵呵，以后再也不会订此酒店，服务态度极差，五百多块钱就当**了🙂

酒店是老酒店了，环境设备都比较老，但是房间还是挺大的，床很舒服，总体来说还是不错，毕竟价格也不高，而且离太古里很近，附近商场多，想买东西很方便，去别的地方打车也进，还不错

网上预订两间客房，注明优先选双床标间，到了前台登记入住后上房发现给的是大床，其中一间连房卡都开不了，回到前台重新要求换标间，无论大床还是标间都很陈旧，九十年代一直到现在都没更新过，连一些好点的宾馆都不如，跟网上图片差距太大了～退房很多人排队，我说我是刷预授权的房卡直接放前台就可以离店了，前台说不行要签名，排队轮到我居然只收了房卡就说我是预授权的可以直接离店了。。。说好的签名呢？？离店后显示预授权扣消费30元，打电话去问前台说消费了薯片，但我们压根连房间里面有薯片都不知道，何来消费，前台说要问客房部，但三天过去了没没回应，我也不在乎这30，关键你们作为五星酒店装修和设施陈旧就算了，服务还这个鸟样，反正我一个经常住酒店的人第一次忍不住要评论吐槽！！！
