跟老妈去川西线，最后一天回程在这家酒店稍作整顿，硬件设施不得不承认确实非常棒，独立行李件，电动马桶，化妆镜，体重秤，胶囊咖啡机，床铺的舒适感也非常不错，餐饮也还好，尤其川味小吃区域做的很不错。那么说到服务，那真是，10月5号的预授权，到10月11号，因为查帐才发现一直没有恢复给我，如果不是我打电话过去问，可能一直不会恢复，真跟这家全球连锁酒店的定位不相匹配的服务，另外虽然我们没有按请勿打扰的按钮，早上8点多，清洁阿姨连门都没敲，直接进屋，还好我在门口穿着睡衣准备去洗澡，还蛮惊愕的，比较注重私密的客人一定要摁请勿打扰

房间挺大，有窗但窗户不能打开。安排了朝里的房间，也提供了空气净化器。服务态度挺好。
