基本上每次到成都出差都会住这必定老品牌了，但是次入住非常不满意服务，由于想吃点东西叫了外卖，但是不准送上来，就给礼宾的打来电话麻烦他送上来下。不知道是不是怕麻烦，第一天给我说的是人手不够叫我自己去拿，但是我下去拿的时候明明有至少2个人在哪，第二天说什么不它们不接受外卖送的食物，反正油是自己下去拿的，两天都有不同理由，很失望的服务，必定是老牌五星义务服出名，以后还是选其它酒店算了

这明明招待所吗，破烂不堪，
80年代电视，床头没插座，满屋子就两三个插座，
充电要么手机放地上，要么用柜子里插座，我去，
服务员直接手抓卫生间垃圾桶里的垃圾，然后手也不擦给我们拿牙刷，茶叶，水。天爷啊！！
这也叫五星级，丢成都的人
己网上付了款，想提前退房，
艺龙连帮沟通一下都没做，
直接说，退不了。
