不满意！
1、不满意艺龙的服务流程。
到酒店大堂后订的房，当时没在意就选了没带早餐的，询问前台 告知客户通过网络平台加差价加早餐。心想 也不是什么难事儿，但结果被告知不可以！可以有多种方式解决，但因为艺龙的流程 告诉我就是不可以。早餐在那儿，我又不是不补房间差价 为什么就不可以呢？一个给客户提供服务的平台，因为你的条条框框 就无法给客户解决问题，多么可笑！
2、办理入住 只能刷信用卡，但信用卡在箱子里，我说能不能办理入职后 我下楼刷预授权，在大堂开箱子拿东西终归不好，前台告诉我不可以。后来还是来了一个主管 告诉前台 先给房卡。这才是一个五星级酒店该有的服务！
客观讲房间设施还比较好，入住的房间烟味儿特别特别大，后来给调换了一间。
以后自己也会注意预定时的细节，但总之 对艺龙的服务非常非常不满意！
