我本人也是做酒店的，对于一个四星级以上的酒店，我得提几个意见：1、前台服务员、大堂吧服务员服务冷漠，几乎无视客人。要个东西，前台推给别的部门。2、餐厅服务员挺热情的，值得夸奖。3、客房大姐打扫房间及时干净，有良好的安全意识。4、早餐不错种类很多，西点有点儿少。5、酒店没有接送机服务很失望，希望可以有偿的接送服务。在酒店入住几天整体感觉还是挺好的。前台是酒店的窗口，应该微笑服务，前台服务员很古板，也不看我们，感觉没有被重视。

带小孩去欢乐谷玩，对比了周边的酒店，最终确定了金韵。酒店硬件不错，房间卫生还算可以。酒店的服务意识还有待提高，工作人员的业务素质还有提升空间。行政房的wifi信号较弱，但是有线网络非常好。房费虽然含了双早，但是第三人需要付88元，个人认为金韵酒店的早餐不值这个价钱。
