住了两晚，早餐一天有一天没有，有的那天餐桌没人收拾，中间16张桌上摆满用过的餐具纸巾，恶心到极点，后来的客人要自己收一下。退房时没有增值税专用发票，说是可以留地址寄给我，我还能相信吗？
