服务真的是差，体验极其差，我全球各地住了上千晚酒店，一千人民币的房间这是最烂的。钻钱眼里了，第一次住上千的套房矿泉水只给两瓶，再补收费，第一次衣服晚上收第二天退房拿要加急费，第一次指甲剪要收费。住三天，连加了两天房费。第2天1158，第3天1288

硬件过硬，地段一流，停车方便。服务只给三颗星是因为前台的服务态度一般，这个级别价位的酒店不应该只是这种全程不带一点微笑的服务。倒是对老外很殷勤，这就想不通了，本国人入住不一样花钱吗？得到的服务差别也太大了吧。值得表扬的是其他的服务人员的服务水准蛮不错，保洁员服务周到，门童会主动拿行李到前台，水吧东西也蛮好喝的，这些细节都是蛮赞的。这么好的酒店，前台再加强一下服务意识就好了，要知道国外的月亮还真没那么圆。

房间面积及设计都不错，但浴巾太陈旧，与酒店所谓五星标不匹配。床品不错，位置不错，如果再有需求，应该还会选择。
