酒店是老酒店了，总体设施没有那么新，第二天换房的时候，遇到一个酒店前台冷脸加当面摔鼠标，这种情况也是住那么多年酒店第一次遇到。去艺龙投诉后，没有相关负责人来道歉，只是给换了房，出来玩，不想多事，只是家人有点气愤。还有，住了那么多酒店，这家还是五星级的，可连最基本的微笑服务都做不到，最基本的礼貌了。入住感非常差，建议酒店管理人员加强管理，推荐常州万达喜来登酒店，这家很不错。
