酒店服务尚好，br房间略小，其他中规中矩，周边有ktv一类晚上很吵。

很老的五星，设备都有些旧，所以也不贵。服务很一般，早餐服务员都是面无表情的样子。隔壁有个新开的俱乐部，每天晚上10点到凌晨2点有强劲的音乐，前几晚都没睡好，酒店就给了张致歉信，和两副耳塞……后面换了房间到对面才好些。

设施完善，位置优越，就在地铁站附近，周围吃的地方很多，下次还来。前台服务非常到位，不愧为国际品牌。我们要求换无烟房，很快就搞定，还给免费升级。

作为五星级酒店，这个价位相当不值，提前订比临时订还贵几百块，心塞！
1. 硬件设施：洗手池设计如图，水龙头在斜面洗脸池的右角上，每次洗手只够一只手冲，洗手都很憋屈，更别提洗漱有多费劲了，作为五星级酒店，这个设计也是很不走心了！热水相当不稳定，洗着洗着会突然变烫，然后突然变凉！洗手池的下水还特别慢，开始以为是塞住了没有打开，倒腾半天发现就是慢.....牙刷非常硬而且还掉毛，心塞...房间里的装修和设施也非常老，建议酒店翻新改造！
2. 地理位置没有优势，打车回酒店从天府广场一路走能看到很多其他酒店，这个绕过天府广场还有一截路，周边也很破旧，各种拆！
3. 下楼坐电梯从别的房间出来7-8个小年轻，一人叼着一根烟，上了电梯（电梯里是有禁烟标示的），不说酒店对入住的客人没法控制，但是作为住客，尤其是女孩子，他们上电梯的瞬间确实非常害怕了！注：酒店的电梯不像其他五星级酒店需要刷卡，任何人都可上电梯到达任意楼层！
总体来说，要不是对喜来登品牌的信任，真的有太多其它更好性价比的选择！所以不能迷信五星级！！！！！也建议其它选择酒店的小伙伴们放弃这家喜来登，选择其他酒店！
