春节来成都玩，经理vivian和前台Ash特别热心，看我们几家带着孩子，虽然房源紧张也想办法把房间给安排了在一起。酒店不愧是老牌五星，虽然设施不新，但软件达标，服务很好，离景点都不远，泳池也舒服，孩子们都不想走

住了三天两间，进进出出多次，只有一位客房大姐、一位西餐厅领位、一位金钥匙服务还不错，微笑服务很到位，如果连基本的微笑服务都没有，其他服务更提不上，总的来说这次体验很一般，和杭州的、西安的索菲特比较差远了，以后不会选择这个品牌了！

春节带一大家子来玩 酒店位置不错 服务环境也很好。春节期间还有抽奖，我们还抽中了一等奖 幸运！不过对于五星酒店细节还有待提高。浴室的门开合方向设计不合理，水不是很热。双床的房间要比大床的小。还有在酒店门口过马路真是惊心动魄啊。
