设施还算不错。主要是离要去开会的地方很近。前台服务不错，客房的真是无语了。等个熨斗等了40分钟，打电话催了三次。接电话的姑娘也是不会变通。本楼层的服务员没在就不能叫其他楼层送一下？赶着去开会的真是急不起啊

酒店老了，但服务还不错！去前台价钱升级成了套房。套房很大但是设计却很不合理。早餐品种不算很多，选择性不大。但离天府广场那些还是算近吧。这个价格，只能说还可以

因为想重温十多年前的美好记忆才来住索菲特，定了行政江景套房，可发现完全不是当年那种格局。看了点评，我想住的好像是豪华房，一个大空间，卫生间两头出入那种，很遗憾。这次这个行政江景套房真的很老派。

酒店是原来的万达索菲特改过来的，房间硬件设施都是以前的，有点老了，空调声音较大，酒店周边环境不错，出门就是小河，闹中取静地方，还有服务员敲门次数有点多，下午入住正在休息就被敲门，早晨九点多还没有醒来，又被服务员敲醒

超级棒！好得不要不要得😁在艺龙网上抢购到了今日特价酒店390元/晚的商务标准间，立马入住体验。成都泰合索菲特，地处成都市中心CBD商圈，交通便利，环境优雅。不仅服务热情，房间内设施设备也舒适，一切都很满意。我们实际是三人入住，还叫前台加了床品送来，服务员很迅速就送到并且不入房间，这一点也很贴心满意。下次去成都游玩，还会考虑入住索菲特哦！
