多年前住过一次，感觉不错。所以这次放弃了已经预定好的香格里拉，凭着记忆特别选择了这家酒店。果然没让我失望，我定的是套房，前台的Vivian看到我们带着孩子特意给我们升级了家庭房，特别感谢。酒店虽然设施有些旧了，但好在还都算工整干净。有室内恒温游泳池和免费停车场。早餐的品种一般，与酒店规格比稍微低了些。唯一不好的就是泳池深度全2米深，没有适合小孩的浅水区。酒店人员都很有礼貌，特别是早餐的煮面师傅特别热情贴心。

位置好，卫生好，只是前台人员和门迎，还有西餐厅工作人员服务态度一般，不够热情，有点冰冷的感觉，服务意识不够五星级！

性价比非常好的一个酒店，虽然设施比较旧，但是价格值了，房子超级大。地理位置也方便。就是前台服务人员的素质有待提高，一个女的拉个脸，问啥爱搭不理的。入住登记还要摄像头照相，不好。

装修不错，但一些设施要换了，马桶冲水不顺畅，有阻塞。卫生间地漏阻塞，冲凉水浸卫生间。花洒只有顶喷，太古老了，女人冲凉不方便，现酒店都是顶喷和手携两用了，该更换了。
