位置好，服务佳，工作人员素质高，离店一天后发现拉下一件毛衣，抱着试试看的心态致电过去，前台王小姐非常负责，帮着找回毛衣并快递回来，心存感激。喜欢郴州，下次来还住鼎和。

入住时发生了点小插曲，不过经过沟通后，还算满意，入住后客房服务部让服务员还送了水果和红豆粥让一时愤愤不平的心由一股暖流冲逝，好评！
