离店是小杜小陈帮忙办理的，态度非常好，在酒店寄存了行李，还玩了一会再取走。｜这次入住也特别满意，床枕头好睡，窗外景色好，楼层高安静，自助早餐还不错，推荐酒店早餐的小麪，跟大街上的重庆小麪一样好吃，加豌豆、肉沫（炸酱）、小鱼乾、梅菜，整碗麪就非常丰富。酒店工作人员每一个都很礼貌、耐心、热情。出发前还有小管家发微信，有酒店图文指引、简单的旅行指南，都有用上。太贴心了！这个酒店下次还会来，贵是有道理的，附近就是解放碑、魁星楼、美术馆、各个商圈，去什麽景点都很方便，吃饭、买奶茶都很方便，拎上楼就感觉可以在酒店躺一天。这个酒店就在地铁口一出来，走没几步就到。衞生间乾湿分离就很好，但是遗憾缺了全身镜。还有洗衣机烘乾机免费使用。

酒店位置堪称一绝，出行到各景点以及打车，轨道交通都非常方便。门口是解放碑，步行可到十八梯，洪崖洞，长江索道。（鹅岭二厂，磁器口，白象居，李子坝，长江索道挺坑人把20/30个人塞进集装箱索道2分钟排队到腿软。以上没有网红打卡情节的不推荐，大可不必去，特别是饿岭二厂失望到令人泪目）
酒店早餐的重庆小麪很好吃，阿姨动作快一次出摊好几碗。
酒店员工服务状态比较好，遇到回答不出的问题会感到很抱歉，服务意识还是非常赞的。
酒店周边的餐饮话説美食一条街，没有吃到好吃的东西，可能被路人推荐到了游客聚集地，临街的餐饮火锅都很一般。
想买重庆火锅底料的推荐到酒店附近的永辉超市，价格合理东西正宗。
总之，这次重庆4天酒店还是很推荐的，房间乾净整洁内部设施比较新，最後牙刷改良下虽説一次性的东西，也不能太硬了刷了牙疼。

来重庆住的最多的就是这酒店了，位置好就在解放碑附近，洪崖洞几步路就到，酒店环境嘎嘎新，服务十几年如一日的到位，早餐丰富，房型多，景观好。这次住的房间还能看到对岸重庆大剧院灯光秀。重庆市区旅游首选酒店。新来的朋友注意前台在21楼。

入住酒店1713第一晚的体验，整体感觉都很不错，环境挺好，地理位置方便，出门右转几十米就是临江门地铁口，选对地了，哈哈！
酒店工作人员服务亲切，原本定的是高级大床房，酒店还为了按照提前发送入住要求高层和看风景的安排给我们免费升级了房型，入住後房间窗户是正对面解放碑风景的，楼下还有风靡长沙的“茶颜悦色”；酒店自助早餐也还不错，有特色的重庆小麪，原味豆脑花，一切满意，果断要求续住了！
最後表扬一下管家小杜很热情，继续加油！

very nice Hotel very nice place in the middle of the crowded area subway around the corner very good restaurants everywhere a bit inconvenient is the elevator with often long waiting the staff is very friendly and helpful but not english speaking by the iphone translation we get all our information and services good breakfast on 21st floor fully recommended

Official check in time is 2pm but the room is not ready when I reached the hotel at around 2.30pm. Their receptionist simply told me that their cleaner is cleaning room now and they don’t even bother express apology. This is the only bad impression throughout my stays. Finally managed to check in around 4pm after my late lunch.
Breakfast - good variety, got few types of fruits, got Chongqing style noodles, bread, stir fried vegetables, steamed bun, corn, egg, sweet potatoes, porridge, and different type of drinks. Breakfast start at 7am and end at 10am.
Location - superb near to Linjiangmen subway station and Jiefangbei pedestrian street. You can also walk to many attactions like Hongya Cave, Daijiaxiang.
Cleanliness - the corridor at my room level seems dark and carpet is very dusty. However the hygiene in the room is acceptable. They will make up your room if you put up a notice outside your room door.
Other - this hotel located in a old building and sharing lift with other hotels, so waiting time for lift might take slightly longer. Overall there are 21 floors. Another good thing is they have 6 washer and 6 dryer at level 21 just behind reception counter, no need to wait if you wanna do laundry.

交通非常方便，一出门口便是的士站，行几步便是地鈇临江门站B1出入口，步行几分钟便到解放碑和步行街，更有多姿多彩的美食街，重庆百货和国泰商场都在咫尺。但如带重行李，留意临江门站无一个出口有电梯直到地面，总有部份要行楼梯！
房间宽蔽干静，虽在闹市但很清静，睡得很好。有洗衣乾衣服务，各半小时便完成，很方便。
早餐丰富，前台服务良好，执房的阿姨很努力为我们想办法解决放行李的问题，值得一赞。临走时小度管家送给我们一些手信，怪味豆和小麻花，很窝心亦很实用。
我们住了五晚，非常满意。除却接待处不是在地面而在21楼，君亭酒店与一间足四星酒店无异。

优点：随意订的一家离解放碑近的酒店，没想到还不错，乾净衞生，晚上还可以去楼顶阳台看夜景，第二天退房时前台有个小姑娘特别热情。保洁阿姨也特别热情，离地铁也近，附近超市商场吃饭的地方很多。很多景点走路去也不算远。
缺点：与管理有关，我用携程积分兑换了两份早餐，去吃饭被拦下説我们没有早餐，我説你看看你电脑有备注，工作人员看都不看後面备注，然後看了下又説就一份，让我们自己去前台核实，我拿出手机给她确定是两份才让我们进去，我觉得这种事情不应该让顾客去确认，自己工作流程不熟悉操作失误，还让客人跑来跑去，还好我手机能看到才避免我拉着孩子跑来跑去。这是非常不满意的地方。
