今天又重新回到了格美酒店入住，前台服务依旧是非常贴心且热情，酒店的地理位置一直是我选择的原因之一，即使在高峯期时段也相对不是很拥挤，真正适合的酒店就会让人有归属感，很值得推荐

房间非常的好，开始我们订的是一个大床房，但是後面给我们升级成了亲子房，房间很乾净，也很大。下次还会再来！
就是建议大家千万别吃楼下的烧烤，特别贵！

离解放碑还是蛮近的，马桶是智能的，窗帘也是自动的，但就是淋浴没有放衣服的地方很不方便！

The hotel is great location and value for money
But there are no hooks in the toilet .
Receptionist are very helpful and breakfast is pretty good

Hotel in good location, choices of foods are available. Room design with smart devices and love the room design. Reception staff 摇摇 is very helpful and friendly. She even assist us to book for local travel trip and offer all arrangement in her own times. She is worth to recognise with her work passion
Downside - hotel entrance doesn't have proper walkway for luggage, quite difficult to move the luggage up to lobby and lifts. Needed improvement.

位置非常好找，出2号线9口左转过马路直走就是，房间非常乾净整齐，全屋智能遥控，自助早餐，下午茶，夜宵是银耳羹和小汤园，工作人员服务态度非常好，尤其是小颜，酒店门口就是当地居民菜市场，小吃很多价格便宜，两家居民楼火锅，两人吃了240，反正就是酒店既乾净，周围还有菜市场，强推！希望酒店在管理上保持住！

设施：表扬智能化做的不错，窗户隔音不错。但马桶冲水过高（冲到pp）。房门隔音有待加强，隔壁关门会共振，建议改进。
衞生：遇到问题 但很快解决，服务态度五星。
环境：环境不错，地理位置很好。
服务：表扬服务很好，特别是前台几位，有求必应。五星好评！
