这次入住不是很好，首先安排的房间比前几次要小，然后会议的人特别多，过道大声说话，很吵，本来预定的两晚，住一晚后果断退房换另一个酒店。服务员对讲机像吵架一样，过道上大声吼对讲机，这个确实需要培训，毕竟你是四星级酒店。还不如大点的商务酒店，希望管理者注重员工培训

老式酒店，设施比较陈旧。服务态度也很差，五一节去的，很热，居然不开中央空调，到前台去问，敷衍客人说已经开了，实际晚上完全没开！住这么多年酒店，从没见过舍不得开空调的
