房间卫生还可以，但设施比较陈旧。因为是网上订房便宜，明明有房间，前台就说没有了，还是通过艺龙协调后才住进去！早餐厅服务员态度非常不好，特别是煮面那位，一直板着脸，问事情要理不理的。不推荐！

凯莱酒店是名副其实的老牌四星级酒店。前台接待热情，为我们安排了江景房，看景特漂亮。房间卫生干净，卫浴设备釆用TOTO，毛巾、浴巾厚实舒服。早餐品种丯富，是一家值得推荐入住的酒店。
