每次住凯宾斯基都是不好的体验。重庆的凯宾斯基11点到酒店办理入住，我明确告知前台不要靠近走廊两边房子。然后没房子随即我们去吃饭了。吃完饭1点40了。我又返回酒店，告知我还是没有房子。然后还是给我了靠近走廊两边的房子。到房间刚睡着20分钟，随即房内广播遍说有紧急情况请安全撤离，不要乘坐电梯。赶紧打电话告知前台，前台告诉我是在演习。为何2点办理入住时不能提前告知？随即又睡着，前台又打来电话说弥补打扰的过错，送一个果盘，然后我说6 .7点在送上来吧。6点睡起来后我打电话说把果盘送上来吧，核对之后前台说马上就能送上来，因为我要着急出去就在房子等着。于是遍等了40分钟才送上来。送上来之后就是一个盘子装了几个草莓和几个失去水分的蓝莓。不敢恭维酒店的做法。希望下次改进时间观念。
