酒店前台人员服务好。中午到达办理入住时，预定的客房类型都未清洁，还要等不少时间。前台接待人员Summer Lin小姐姐很贴心，帮我免费升级了高级豪华大床房，顺利入住。充分体现出了老牌五星级酒店服务人员的高素质！
