去过重庆很多次，也住了很多各个类型的酒店，宾斯基是给我留下印象最深的！从前台服务，到房间内部小细节慢慢，唯一稍微难受点的就是一楼大堂卫生间标识不太好找，第一次入住的可能不太好找。其他都很棒～对了，前台 Leo 小哥服务很棒哦！

我是中國台灣人，算是很頻繁的旅行者了。
已去過67個國家，也待過無數個不同的酒店，但這次在凱賓斯基酒店對前台經理Andy印象特別深刻與美好。
專業、熱忱、溫度、也即時解決我渝康碼的問題…….
所有的酒店其實都差不是太大，而第一線人員是消費者對這酒店很重要的「觀點」～我給Andy經理按贊

因为疏忽，手机丢了，当天值班经理汪经理，极速登门处理，并被她神奇的找回了手机，万分感谢！我曾点评几次凯宾斯基，有好有坏，但是服务确实无可挑剔！下次再见～
