住了这么多次，这次真的感觉前台服务态度差得不能再差，昨天下午五点，再接到通知入住预定成功信息后赶到酒店，当时只有一个人在办理，再排队等了十几分钟后终于排到了，前台一查没有我的入住预定马上不耐烦，争吵中又出来一个前台对我说得唾沫横飞，今早退房也是只有一个台在服务，问了第一遍是不是把卡直接放在前台服务员理都不理，加大音量后第二遍来回了一句好的！另外以前住套房有配剃须刀，可这次住2012不知道为什么没有配剃须刀！

真的太糟糕了，房间角落脏的好像几百年没有洗过，淋浴头也是坏的。想酒店反映这些问题，谁给送个早餐，真的不需要，主要是怕吃了恶心，把自己酒店收拾的不恶心比送什么都好。
