卫生等条件都不错，但是总台服务员太少，通常是一个人在工作，如果住宿办手续需要有一定的耐心。入住后要注意检查所有宾馆物品，我结账时服务员说我用了两个洗衣袋，因为我没有检查，所以没有办法说明，耽误了时间还要扣6元钱。提醒大家注意。

酒店装修很好，空间很大，就是有股乖乖的味道，说不清是什么，一进走廊就能闻到，房间里面更浓。其他还好。

在该酒店住了2天，前台服务态度很好，住店延时可以与前台商量，他们会很热情的帮助你，这点与喜百年完全迥异。（后来2天去了喜百年，因去年住过）在星宇住宿中途租了一台电脑，他们的工程师很是热情的弄好电脑重新配备了长网线。下次再入住该酒店，喜百年俺就免了。

位于南坪步行街附近，位置不错，房间够大，硬件确实三星标准，没啥好挑剔的。就是稍微有点吵。基本上满意
