住的北楼，房间挺新挺干净的。周边环境挺好。工作人员服务不错酒店的服务员小龚特别热情，我们有什么问题都特别热心回答。行李有点多服务员代小蓉特别热心的帮我们提行李，带我们去房间。

非常好的入住体验，早餐也不错，景色也好，在门口草坪滑雪很好玩，一家人比较开心，五分好评！以后也会推荐其他朋友去的。

周末来的，平时只要300多，周末翻倍。位置还算可以，门口有大草坪，遇上大雪有的玩。订的时候忽略了是北楼，用的地暖，温升慢，但还算均匀不干燥，就是在主楼隔壁、吃饭，入住登记都要到主楼，走个4，5分钟。还算舒适干净，服务也还好。没什么可挑剔的

这是第二次入住这个酒店了，酒店周边环境很漂亮，下雪了，雾蒙蒙的，宛若仙境，前台服务态度热情，小李，小董，小龚，业务也很熟练。保安余大哥和小陈，热情帮助一家子提行李，送到房间。房间设施完善，外面好冷的，在房间暖暖的，一打听才知道，是提前打开空调。赞，期待夏季来避暑

酒店环境非常好，酒店员工非常热情，上午前台小董温馨提示驾驶路线及路况，后来前台小李的服务非常热情，态度很好，到酒店了感动一位保安大哥好像姓余，他为我们提行李，介绍其他景点，小龚同志为我们端来预寒的热饮，真心的暖心，值得推荐
