价格还算美好。可能是平时没有几个人的原因吧。客房服务员和餐厅小妹还挺朴实。可餐厅领班那态度就不敢恭维了。晚上去吃饭，多问了几句，唧唧歪歪的语气和甩脸子的样子让人胃口全无。前台的帅哥其实挺辛苦，这么冷的天受冻在那里，不太热情俺们就打算理解了。综合下来，什么样的服务质量和什么样的价格看来是挂钩的

总体不错，地暖暖和，窗外雪景和马儿漂亮。离主楼和停车场有一小段距离，唯一感到不足的就是隔音那是相当不好

一楼马桶是坏的，二楼没有热水根本不能洗澡，水温很低！给前台反馈了也没用得到任何处理办法和赔偿，服务非常不好！1428一晚真心不值！
