到了酒店办理入住前台只有一个人，我们是在北楼，前台让我们走员工通道，结果一家人拿着几大包东西转了一大圈都没有找到在那里，房间里面只有地暖没有空调，晚上睡觉很冷，早上早饭也只有面条和稀饭，300多还没有100多的条件好，大家要玩还是不要去仙女山了。
