杭州湾住了十几次，这次开车没注意定了所谓的豪华，垃圾到无比，平时都住景观，不给升级也算了反正住一晚就走，睡到半夜3点半郎灯居然掉下来了，吓死人了，还以为有人闯进了，叫了总台也就一句明天让人修，修个毛啊，明天就走人了。对杭州湾失望无比，还是对面白金好点，吓过一夜无眠

酒店设施很陈旧了，卫生间的排风处天花都没了，露出脏兮兮的机器，浴镜玻璃碎了，房间大橱的移门也塌了，摇摇欲坠。空调制冷效果很差，下次不会再去了，与五星不匹配。
