酒店很不错，但是前台有问题，办手续时说找不到订单等了半天终于找到了，跟我一起办手续的旁边一个客人也是网上订的也是找不到订单，等我办完后她还在傻等.......

停车场大，周边吃饭购物方便。房间硬件不错。但是管理真心差。订了2天，第二天晚上回来打不开门，必须去服务台重新办理入住手续，然后服务员打扫卫生，客人只能等在外面，不能及时休息洗澡。哪有这样的四星级服务管理？希望马上改进

房间不错，硬不错。环境也好。外出吃饭买东西很方便。就是酒店管理差，订了2晚，第二天必须重新办手续入住。然后服务员打扫卫生，客人等在外面，严重影响休息。四星级的管理服务明显不到位。希望改进。

硬件不错的，环境也好，停车位很多。问题出在管理上。订了2晚，第二天必须再办一次手续才能开房卡，整理房间，下午玩得很累想赶紧回房洗澡休息，结果房间打不开，重新办手续，阿姨打扫房间，浪费时间精力，很不方便，不是四星级宾馆应该有的管理。希望改进。

酒店房间还是蛮干净 舒适的 就是早饭实在太烂了！在此还要感谢艺龙 因为原来定的那家没有双床了 免费给我加钱换了这家 让我很感动
