位置好找，设施完备比较新。卫生差，清洁管理不到位，细节遗漏，真正展示酒店管理标准的地方很差，与酒店硬件落差太大。有问题总经理遇到给解决，态度诚恳，感谢。需要下决心改变管理意识，落实细节，才能赢得客户。

本次出行一共订了三间，该酒店气魄，地理位置非常优越，服务好，房间舒适，房间内干净卫生，酒店前面还有一座小山，是早上或晚餐后散步、锻炼的好去处，是值得推荐的酒店之一，有机会再去慈溪还会继续光顾天和酒店。
