1、客房服务欠缺：我们夫妻俩和12岁孩子入住。
进房后发现床头柜里有摆放多种成人情趣用品，因为有孩子在，所以我当即致电客房要求撤销这些用品，对方说我只入住1天，撤销后她第二天还得再摆上太麻烦了！叫我自己收拾收拾放到更衣柜上方，那里孩子拿不到！经我一再要求才同意撤销。
2、相比酒店设施设备来说，性价比很高。1米35双床标间，设施及卫生环境都挺满意！
望酒店能多培训员工主动服务意识，如果软件一直如此，绝不会考虑住第2次。
