位置很好，离付家庄浴场很近。周围坐车吃饭还是比较方便的。但酒店环境一般，设施陈旧，热水是限时供应的要是能改进就好了。

酒离大海很近，出去游泳非常方便。老板人不错，下次去大连还住他们家。酒店很旧了，该装修了，当然价格比起来性价比很高，如果住宿要求不是很高的人，这是一个很好的选择。

对于到大连付家庄游泳和森林动物园以及老虎滩游玩的游客来说，性价比很高。
付家庄一代的酒店我住过很多，不管是四星的白云海天还是别的什么酒店，内部装修和设施都一样，清一色的90年代的装修和设施，原因简单，就是只有夏季才有人入住，而且是人满为患，因为价格不贵，所以性价比高。

位置不错，离海边近，坐公交也方便。服务员态度好，热心解答问题，引导路线。酒店设施和装修太陈旧了，卫生一般，可惜了那么大的房间。帮酒店招商，注入资金，该重新装修了。
