酒店距离付家庄浴场很近，酒店设施很陈旧，很潮湿。但是老板一家人很热情，如果对住宿条件不是很挑剔的话，还是值得一住的。酒店周边环境很好，小超市、药店、发改委餐厅，很方便，发改委餐厅很是实惠，老板是抚顺人，很热情。

空调比较凉，离付家庄海滨比较近，价格比较高，其他的没啥***相当于北京*也是这个季节的100元的房子

其实是一个招待所，满层发霉的味道，牙膏打不开。热水限时供应，像80年代初期的招待所。真的不能再去。

小伙子服务态度不错，就是硬件太烂，好像附近都差不多。其实还是应该住市内，毕竟大连很小，去哪都不远。
