酒店环境不错，管理人员也很热情。不能24小时提供热水是个缺点，为啥不能提供呢？去海边游泳回来面对冰凉的自来水，纠结呀。

该宾馆位置不错,在付家庄,付家庄环境好,距离滨海路很近,从宾馆出来向南走200米左右就到海滨浴场,去星海广场和老虎滩公园都很方便,但是宾馆的环境实在不敢恭维,热水不是24小时供应.如果去大连,我建议到该宾馆附近找找有家庭宾馆,听人说价格便宜,还可以自己做饭,但是要自己找,网上订不到.从位置上来讲我还是推荐该宾馆,建议先定一天,看情况再续订.

位置好，房间设施差，发改委饭店吃饭不能开发票，也不先提出，说是店堂内有提示。看样子也得想私人饭店一样事先什么都得问清楚才行。房间结账时才告知开发票要加11个点，实际就是提高了房价。动不动就拿发改委说事，实际就像一家人承包的。

洗澡水定时供应，有些凉，给宝宝洗的时候得抱着他往上些才行。抽水马桶储水池的盖没有了，冲水时得拉一根拴着的铁丝绳，完事再把那个小装置盖上去，否则总漏水。好处是离海边很近，买东西吃饭都很方便。
