老星级酒店，设施有点旧了，并没有该有的豪华感，服务人员非常骄傲，完全没有星级酒店服务人员的素质，首日定了两个房间，朋友过去入住了一个房间，也不告知定了两个房间，另一个房间空着也不告诉我，打电话问前台，前台回复没义务告知…对这个服务无语了。这么说吧，除了地理位置外真的不建议住这里，凯宾斯基五星级比这家都便宜。
