除了位置是最佳，其他真的是没法评。酒店设施很旧，一千来块的酒店一没游泳池二没浴缸。早餐品类少质量差不说，竟然没任何服务，上去吃早餐没人指引，没座位也没人管，餐具没人摆放，收小朋友的餐费倒是很积极，朋友房间还挂不了帐，一定要收现，也是醉了 。

位置不错，很好，服务也很好，设施旧了点，就在星海广场边，有海边有海底世界，🈶️星海大桥，但是价格不低，旅游旺季的原因吧

位置优越，楼下就是大连圣亚海洋世界，距离星海广场很近，可以看到跨海大桥和大海。前台服务员很热情，推荐朋友来此游玩入住。

在艺龙订了很多次酒店，第一次想吐槽这个五星宾馆。电梯是在外面按楼层，这个我可以理解。但是，电梯L2坏掉，从五楼直降到四楼，后打前台电话进行反馈，服务员全程就一句话，好的。还有打扫房间，门口明明已经挂了请勿打扰的牌子，还要敲门问是否需要打扫，我不知道这到底是什么服务理念？还是看不懂字？宾馆应该是许久没有装修了，地毯已经脏到不行。酒店用的棉被，不是空调被，屋里开了20度的空调，盖上被子还是觉得热，不透气。真是新奇的五星宾馆体验。
