这是第二次入住，酒店的服务态度都很好，热情周到，知道我们是带小孩子的，为小孩准备的用品也比较充足，比如床，拖鞋，牙具和洗漱用品都很齐全。

这是我第二次来大连也是第二次住凯宾斯基酒店。鉴于第一次入住的良好印象，让我在暑期旅游旺季，房费价格不菲的情况下仍然选择了这家酒店。但实际入住的感觉是糟糕的，不好的。
7月26号下午入住的酒店，给了我一间2018号的房间。进房间之后就发现地毯上有毛发，桌子上面有灰尘，浴缸也没擦干净，而且房间设施陈旧，空调有咔咔咔的声响。鉴于这些问题，我要求换一间房，和酒店方沟通之后表示第二天有房可以换，我接受。
7月27号，换了一间2113号的房间，结果是怎么也打不开门，酒店方告知房间门锁有问题，再给我换一间。然后换到了2315号房间。但实际的情况是2315的门锁也是不好的，以至于我每次出了房就开不了门，每次都要等酒店的人来开门。这让我非常不高兴而且非常麻烦。
在跟酒店交涉的过程中，我要求酒店能够给与相应的补偿，我的理由是在我入住的5天时间中，酒店并没有对我每次都进不去房间这个问题有相应的解决办法，并没有安排相关的技术人员来对门锁进行维修。酒店方表示只能送一份水果，我没有接受。在我的坚持下，酒店方免了一份儿童的早餐费用，并让我在提交评价的时候不要写差。我明确告诉酒店会如实评价。
