管理及其混乱，五月二十七日上午九点三十：
1.电梯突然失灵，导致大批客人上下楼困难。迟迟无人修理。
2.前台入伍和退房人员混杂，办理速度缓慢导致三十多人排队等候。
3.五月二十六日上午举行大型婚礼两场，阻塞门前交通，导致接客人车辆无法进入。
4.晚上电话客房中心要瓶装水，无人送到房间。
