老牌星级酒店，设施一般般，有点日式快捷酒店的感觉，卫生还是不错的。服务作为5星级酒店实在不敢恭维，办理入住的员工居然索要好评，还要加上他的工牌，然后才送一份入住欢迎水果。。。果断拒绝！！！

住过几个城市的香格里拉大酒店。无论位置，设施都是一流。特别是前台接待小姐的态度和业务熟练程度绝对是国内一流。但有几点需改进。马桶还是美国式的，非常不节能。吹风机找了半天原来藏在房间的抽屉里并且无法移动，估计是怕国人素质差的偷。
