在网上反复对比后选择了香格里拉，讲真，一进门就被雷到了，大厅的香味太浓烈了，地毯很旧，上面大块大块的痕迹，（太纳闷了，地毯值多少钱？怎么这样了还不换？进门第一印象啊！）因为是旅游旺季，在前台等了很久才等到双床房，但是！！！我花钱升级到了豪华阁，给我的却是普通层，还是我自己阅读酒店杂志才知道，第二天我去前台要求换了豪华阁，其实没太多区别，只是烧水壶里面多了层不锈钢，洗护用品由国产品牌换成了欧舒丹，多了个不准的体重秤，自助早餐还行，25层的酒廊得在下午五点半到七点半去才有多几种点心，服务确实很热情，但是离酒店的时候发生了乌龙事件，一个类似实习生的服务员打电话询问了半天给了我一张机场VIP通道卡，我们一共三个人需要三张，这让我在机场就很尴尬了，太不专业了！总结:设施需要更换，烧水壶还不如快捷酒店呢！地毯和沙发估计用了十年以上，服务人员需要加强专业培训！

真的特别特别棒，服务没得说。豪华阁楼层的客房可以免费享用豪华阁的服务，一天好几顿饭，几乎都没花钱。有吃有喝有玩，真的是好的不能再好了，还有特别棒的服务，不愧是国际大酒店星级服务。推荐推荐推荐！
