坑爹的艺龙，我定的双床房到地方竟然是大床，沟通以后无法更换也不能退。其次酒店设施老旧，卫生极差，灯光开关和空调按键让人怀疑是不是起开业到现在就没擦过，沙发上各种污渍，床单潮湿，卫生间和洗澡间异味极其难闻。前台接待服务态度恶劣，无素质可言闻

酒店地理位置极佳 周边很繁华 入住体验很不好 首先半夜突然停电 房间电视看不了 手机充不了电 第二天早上服务员过来处理全程没有一句话沟通和解释 早餐1.05米孩子加收85元费用 并且没有提前告知 结账时询问也不做解释直接开单子收费 非常不愉快的一次体验 不推荐入住

14点准时办理入住，被告知房间打扫需要一小时，好在前台小姐姐送了大堂吧的免费咖啡券一张可以坐等，次日12点退房，15％的服务费，不出房门各种享受才对的起五星酒店的价位，多次下榻富丽华，住的是情怀。
