订的时候是说双床房大床房，写的是两个人，到酒店看见4个人，说双床房要加钱，问了要加多少钱，一直反问我网上订的多少钱，补差价，双床房贵，房间厕所也臭的很，地毯也掉毛，住过最差的5星酒店

每次过来浴巾都好像没换过 折叠不整齐 需要更用心。本来酒店设施就老 所以细节维护上需加强，比如服务，卫生。房间内除了必要使用的地方有清洁，在沙发旁边的茶几和写字台上面全是土，不像是五星酒店。健身房很大，舒适

总体性价比高，位置位于城区中心地带，去家乐福，东港码头看喷泉和威尼斯水城都不远，可以步行，吃饭的选择多，距离机场半小时的路程，可以作为大连最后一站。酒店房间硬件不错，还有电动感应马桶，空间设置合理，就是卫生间放置牙具的透明托盘稍有点污渍，毛巾和床品都很干净，马桶房间有股异味，不知道是马桶还是其他什么散打发出来的。送的免费水就是两个小瓶的冰露，有点小气，把收费贵的矿泉水放置在显眼的地方。还有床头没有充电插孔，需要在桌子上充电。价格比较实惠，对面是新世界酒店，东侧挨着香格里拉大酒店，位置都不错

除了吃饭贵，其他没啥说的，很好的酒店。想吐槽的是，进门大堂里面服务人员的态度一般，关于加床被子的问题时沟通能力有限，以后需要改进。入住体验没问题！
