预订的东楼房间，入住时酒店免费升级到了西楼，很贴心。西楼房间整体装修比较新，全自动的电子坐便，尤其是床垫躺上去很舒服，淋浴系统也很棒！很好的一次入住体验！

我是4月17日入住西楼，设置应该说五星级算是可以，最差的是早餐及服务，可能是疫情原因不是自助餐，我们报房号叫我们等着，我们等着有十多分钟也没人管我们，叫来服务员后才拿来早餐单叫我们选，太可笑了，我们进来你就应该叫我们选餐什么A一B套餐，酒店管理这样吗？没管理条理。

不愧是大连的老牌五星酒店，设施设备维护保养的很好，大堂富丽堂皇，房间布局合理，感觉住的舒服，前台接待很热情周到。美中不足的是卫生间大花洒出水小。总之还会再来住的。

现阶段外出安全是我最注重的，到了酒店后看见酒店的服务人员正在给客人测量体温并提供了消毒纸巾，我也很自觉地等着测量体温顺便抓拍了几张照片发给家里报个平安。
办理入住时，服务人员很热情的给我的房间免费升级到西楼的豪华房，并向我介绍了房间和酒店各部位的消毒措施，这点很好，让我很暖心。房间宽敞明亮，很舒服！
