订的行政房，在一楼办理入住时说是海景房，结果安排了行政楼层中最矮，窗外看到的是半个海岸线，半个对面的高楼，无海景可言。房间比其他酒店标准间小很多，房间内没有洗发水，护发素，沐浴液，第一天没发现，第二天早上准备洗澡时发现没有，打电话给客服，结果一个多小时没送来，后又打了一次，才送过来。行政房间也没有欢迎水果，行政酒廊的东西也很少。
