希尔顿满分，人性化，贴心的对待客户和会员。
艺龙和第三方旅行社要给差评，交通不可抗力导致的推迟，一直不给客人想办法，在酒店同意免费顺延的情况下坚持管客户要钱，不差你们这点钱，但是你们真的下作！
依然支持希尔顿，但是以后会打希尔顿电话直接订房。

房价还干净，洗簌用品牙刷香皂都不如快捷酒店，洗澡的喷头竟然都是坏的。夜里11点入住，还要等着修喷头。没有5星的气质。
