价格够高，设施一般，卫生间居然没有门，没有换气扇，这点太不舒服了。5号吃早餐时，在餐厅银台收钱的服务员上班嘴里居然吃东西，和我们说话还忘不吃!放的一堆零钱不给找，(她都拿出零钱了)非让我们自己找5元零钱，态度极其恶劣!其它总体还算可以吧，必竟是旅游旺季，相互理解吧。

酒店设施不错，就是卫生间没有门感觉设计不太合理。一共订了两间房，其中一间入住时烟味非常大。赠送了洗浴，但是如果不问前台，入住时没有人告诉，感觉是能省一个人是一个人，所以不知道还有没有其他赠送的，没有享受到。接触到的服务员态度都不是特别好，到的时候下雨，在前台借伞，我们四个人说只借一把，也是很无语。总体来说，性价比不错，设施尚可，值得入住，扣分点全在服务上，有待提高。

卫生差、装修旧、这些都不算肾，服务太垃圾，根本不把顾客放在眼里。退房等了二十分，我说赶车了，退房手续能不能快点办，它直接责向我：知道赶车不能早点退啊！还有各种不满意……

这是我住过国内最糟糕的酒店，没有之一。房间很小，两张床是并在一起的，一个小书桌一把椅子，没有其他可以坐的沙发。卫生间是全开放的，没有换气扇，连厕所都不敢上，怕屋子里有味。水笼头上水垢很多，很久没有好好清理了。若不是到大同已经深夜了，一定会退房走人。这种酒店不知道是怎么评到四星级的。强烈不建议入住。住了这么多年酒店第一次评价，不吐不快。

住了很多次了，酒店设施有些旧，服务还可以，早餐一般，食物水果没见过有补充，有时候7点半过去很多东西就没了。
