带家人出游，本想给家人一个舒适的环境，可是这家酒店徒有外表，内部设施老化，最重要的是卫生极差地毯上有很多污物，没办法找领班换房，地毯干净了，可是晚上洗澡才发现卫生间更糟，不只有污物还有烟头，本来预定两晚，住了一晚就退房了，真心希望酒店能有所改善！
